What are your lead times for bulk fragrance orders?

In-stock fragrance oils are dispatched from our Australian inventory within 2 business days after your order is placed. Custom scents and fragrance matches are made to order, and we confirm the timeline during the quotation stage.

How are your fragrances packaged for shipping?

Our fragrance oils are imported and supplied in sealed containers, from 5kg containers to 25 kg drum to suit different needs of customers

What is your return policy for bulk fragrance orders?
